I got a phone call early January that my sister has moved back to the emergency room, and according to the caregiver, she had been very bad the last three weeks. We had one particular lady that was extremely personable, but she dropped the ball. My sister was sick, I was there in September, and I came back to Denver in November or December. Some caregivers I would not recommend others I would highly recommend. We used Synergy Home Care from November until the end of February. The office personnel that I talked to on any given day was highly personable. I still keep on calling Synergy, we became friends, and they are very good. The caregiver was taking care of Kimberly. My 41 year old niece also has a lot of medical challenges. The last caregiver that we had after my sister passed away was taking care of my niece. I would definitely highly recommend Synergy - no qualms about them. Synergy I would recommend in a heartbeat, but each family will get a feel in the first hour of those caregivers coming in if they would be able to bond with them.
